ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
People management in Vietnam is changing fast. As international investment keeps flowing in and companies compete harder for skilled staff, HR is shifting away from paperwork and towards strategy: workforce planning, people analytics and AI-supported recruitment. This degree prepares you for that shift, whether you choose to specialise in people analytics, talent management or learning and development, or take on a broader generalist role.
You will develop into an effective people manager who is digitally literate, connected, confident and ready to lead with purpose in a changing world of work. Across the three years, your learning is enhanced by guest lectures from industry experts and real-world assessments that reflect how HR teams actually operate today.

All majors at BUV require completion of a foundation/pathway programme beforehand. The only exception is for students on certain international curricula who meet the partner university's required scores for exemption; such cases are assessed individually by the Academic Affairs team.
The university requires completion of high school (Grade 12), but does not set any minimum grade requirement.
Yes, but the change must be made before July of the intake year. Changes requested after this date incur a programme-change fee of VND 2,000,000, payable to the university.

All special cases require approval from the university's Academic Affairs department and depend on the specific programme and degree-awarding partner, so your child can submit their existing qualifications for the Admissions team to advise on the most suitable pathway.
