When BUV becomes the inspiration
Actually, I have always been curious since childhood. I enjoy discovering new things every day. During my time at BUV, my lecturers and classmates created an environment that nurtured my passion for learning and the confidence to pursue ambitious goals.
At BUV, I came to understand that questions should not be “Why?” but “Why not?”
When I sent in an application for research and asked my old lectures at BUV for references, everyone, including lecturers, professors, and friends, was surprised because I was closely associated with achievements and participation in sports and student clubs. Of course, they also had high expectations and trust in me.

Step by step conquering international higher education lecturing career
I see the connection between my programmes as akin to a marathon: beyond physical endurance, it demands alertness and resilience. By fully engaging in this journey, you'll realise that the knowledge in each programme originates from a foundation in management. In International Business Management, I gained fundamental knowledge in business management. Hospitality Administration/Management equipped me with skills related to the human aspect, while International Trade gave me negotiation skills within the context of companies and nations. Despite specialisation differences, these fields complement each other, contributing to my goal: a teaching career in Spain.
Becoming a lecturer requires considerable time, effort, and perseverance. So far, I have been tirelessly developing myself to share my expertise in the classrooms of the future.

A friendly message to BUVers
If I may use myself as an example, I believe one's future career direction should align with their desires and personal traits. When you get to do what you are passionate about, you will never feel regret, even in the face of failures. BUV students are often given opportunities, so if possible, you should travel extensively. Try to explore and experience as much as you can.
Regarding future job trends, to be honest, won't change drastically. In addition to your expertise, students should focus more on soft skills. Moreover, instead of fearing that AI will take over your job, you should learn how to use it as a supportive tool to enhance the quality of your work and studies. In fact, AI can replace certain tasks, but because of its limitations, companies cannot rely on it entirely.
Curiosity and persistence can lead each researcher towards a different academic direction. Share your academic story with us at alumnirelations@buv.edu.vn.
