BUV encourages students to create and lead their own student communities, providing opportunities to connect with others who share their interests while developing valuable skills such as leadership, teamwork, communication and event planning.
Students interested in starting a new club can contact BUV’s Student Engagement team for guidance on the registration process and requirements. You should prepare information about the proposed club, including its purpose, members and planned activities. The team will advise them on the required forms, supporting documents and next steps.
For further guidance on starting a student club, please contact BUV’s Student Engagement Team at se@buv.edu.vn.
Students can get involved through the BUV Student Association Committee (SAC), the official representative body for undergraduate students. The SAC consists of students elected by the BUV student community and acts as a bridge between students and the University, bringing students’ interests and concerns into dialogue with the University.
Students can also contribute to the BUV community by taking part in student-led clubs, societies and activities, or by proposing initiatives that benefit the student community.
BUV offers a wide range of activities and events beyond the classroom, giving students opportunities to explore their interests, develop new skills and connect with the wider student community.
These include student-led clubs and societies, competitions and projects, workshops and seminars, cultural activities, sports and university-wide events. BUV currently has more than 30 student-run clubs and societies across academic and business, social and special interests, performing arts and creatives, and sports.
Students are also encouraged to take the initiative in creating activities and communities that reflect their own interests and passions.
BUV offers students a variety of opportunities to gain international exposure and experience different cultures as part of their university journey. These opportunities vary in format and duration, from short-term trips of around two weeks to semester-long study experiences, and include both credit-bearing and non-credit-bearing programmes.
Depending on the programme, students may have opportunities to study at overseas partner universities, experience different academic and cultural environments, develop international networks and gain a broader perspective beyond the classroom.
