At BUV, the passing mark for a module is 40/100. If you fail an exam once, you are entitled to a resit. Resit fees vary by module, ranging from VND 3–5 million per subject. If the resit is unsuccessful, you will need to retake the module for a fee, which also varies by subject and typically ranges from 2–3 times the resit fee.
