Dr. Chong Zeng

Dr. Chong Zeng has fourteen years of university teaching and applied research experience in Software Engineering and related computing disciplines. Before joining BUV, she taught at Longyan University, delivering modules in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Database Systems, Python Programming and Artificial Intelligence, and supervising more than 100 undergraduate projects. She completed her PhD in Computer Science at the University of Leicester, where she also worked as a Teaching Assistant and Visiting Academic. Her research focuses on creative computing, controllable and explainable generative AI, and 3D scene generation. She has led and contributed to government- and industry-funded projects involving real-time 3D display, optimisation for software testing and IoT-enabled agricultural processing. She has nearly thirty academic publications and has contributed to several patents.
