The Special Gift Programme is designed for Parents attending BUV Open Day on 4 October 2026, inviting them to share their feedback, experiences and expectations following the event, while helping BUV better understand Parents’perspectives on international learning and experiential opportunities for students.
Through the Programme, BUV will offer 02 International Study Tours to students whose Parents participate in the Programme and meet all requirements set out in the Terms and Conditions, with each Study Tour worth up to USD 1,600.

01 Study Tour – Most Compelling Study Tour Idea
Parents are invited to answer the following question:
If your child were to join a one-week international Study Tour, what experiences and benefits would you hope they would gain? Which of these would be most important to you, and why? (Maximum 150 words)
Responses will be evaluated by the Organising Committee based on Value and Relevance of the Idea (40%), Specificity and Depth (40%), and Parent Perspective (20%).
01 Study Tour – BUV Open Day 2026 Attendance Prediction
Parents are invited to predict the total number of guests attending BUV Open Day on 4 October 2026.
The Study Tour will be awarded to the student whose Parent submits the closest prediction to the actual attendance figure, based on BUV’s official check-in data and the selection principles set out in the Terms and Conditions.
How to participate
The Programme is open to Parents whose child is expected to enrol at BUV in 2027 and who:
- Attend BUV Open Day on 4 October 2026 and are recorded in the official check-in system;
- Complete the post-event Survey by the specified deadline;
- Agree to the Programme Terms and Conditions when submitting the Survey.
Key dates
- 4 October 2026: Survey opens
- 13 October 2026: Survey closes
- 14 October – 2 November 2026: Evaluation and verification
- 9 – 15 November 2026: Results announcement
Results will be announced on the Facebook Group BUV & Parents Community and shared with participating Parents via email.
Study tour gift
Each Study Tour:
- Is expected to last 01 week;
- Will take place in China, South Korea or Malaysia;
- Is worth up to USD 1,600;
- Is available to eligible students who meet all requirements set out in the Programme Terms and Conditions.
The Gift is intended for the child of the participating Parent and will only become valid once the student meets BUV’s admission requirements, completes enrolment and officially becomes a BUV student in 2027, together with the applicable Study Tour requirements.
The Gift cannot be redeemed for cash, sold, transferred, exchanged, gifted to another person or carried forward to another academic year.
