Undergraduate Scholarships

Before coming to BUV, I felt that my future and plans were vague and lacked direction. However, everything changed when I had the opportunity to experience the educational environment at BUV. Here, I learned how to innovate and adapt to the era of globalisation, where changes happen rapidly and continuously, opening up new opportunities for my future development.

My journey towards receiving this scholarship was one that not only required me to go through the typical application process, but also required me to step out of my comfort zone and mature in many ways. Before I decided to pursue this scholarship, I was an extremely introverted and shy person. And, when I first learned about BUV and the scholarship winners in Grade 10, I noticed that all the winners were extremely active and involved in many extra-curricular activities, which made me contemplate my chance of landing this.

However, being a very stubborn person with a firm objective of studying at BUV, I am determined to become a better version of myself. So, I sought internships and collaborations in my favourite field, Marketing, and pursued them throughout high school. I was also involved in social work, which required me to be diplomatic and to interact with people, such as volunteer trips at Viet Duc Hospital and Vietnam National Children’s Hospital. Through these experiences, I have become a lot bolder and much more confident. So, don’t be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and pursue your dreams. If I can do it, so can you!
