British University Vietnam (BUV) is the first and only international university in Vietnam to directly award British degrees from the prestigious University of London, University of Staffordshire, University of Stirling and Arts University Bournemouth. POSITION PURPOSE
The position of Student Administrative Support plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks. The primary purpose of this position is to provide comprehensive support to students and faculty members, facilitating efficient communication and administrative processes.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Administrative Coordination: Coordinate administrative tasks such as maintaining student records, processing documentation, and organizing student-related events or activities. Ensure accuracy and compliance with established protocols.
- Communication Liaison: Facilitate communication between students, faculty, and administrative departments, conveying important information, announcements, and updates effectively. Respond promptly to inquiries via various communication channels.
- Resource Management: Manage resources such as equipment, and facilities to support efficient operations within the student administrative support area.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and records related to student information, and administrative procedures. Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making processes.
- Support Services: Provide logistical support for student/parent-related activities, including orientation, workshops sessions. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure successful execution of events.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
COMPETENCIES (knowledge, skills, and abilities)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 01-year experience in the area of customer service/consultant from a multi-national organization
- Fluent in English and able to communicate with students and lectures entirely in English.
- Be meticulous and attentive to details.
- Can react quickly and solve difficult problems.
- Computer literacy in MS office applications (Words, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).

- Possess working knowledge and is familiar with education systems of university/ school/ learning center.
