POSITION PURPOSE
The Senior Officer, Event Team Lead will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all university events, ensuring they align with the institution’s strategic goals and enhance its reputation. This role will focus on delivering high-quality events that engage stakeholders, promote the university’s brand, and support key initiatives. The Senior Officer will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless event execution and will lead a team of event coordinators to achieve excellence in event management.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
1. Event Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all event requirements area
- Oversee the logistics of event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring all aspects run

- Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure high
