BRITISH UNIVERSITY VIETNAM (BUV)

POSITION PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketer with a comprehensive understanding of the online marketing landscape. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing a wide range of digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on driving customer acquisition and growth. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, data analysis skills, and a strategic approach to marketing.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Lead Generation Advertisement (40%)

  • Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms.
  • Proven records on managing budget at least 500 millions/ month.
  • Proficient in setting-up website tracking using Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiar with CPA optimization workflow (Conversion tracking, Pixel, Dataset, Offline conversion, CAPI)
  • Work with Creative team to optimize ads creative contents and landing page contents to meet conversion rate target.

Landing page creation (30%)

  • Proficient in drag-and-drop landing page tools (Ladipage, WordPress …)
  • Foundational knowledge on SEO
  • Basic practices using design tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustration
  • Possess certificates in UX/ UI is a major advantage
  • Preferer theoretically understanding in HTML, CSS, JS

Data And Automation Workflow (20%)

  • Data Analysis: Familiar with Google Analytics, Power Query, Excel Analysis Toolkit and other analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of workflow automation tools like Zapier, n8n, Power Automate, or Make.com is a plus.

General (10%)

  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of digital marketing efforts.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on digital marketing performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

Essential

  • Holder of Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, marketing and communications or equivalent from relevant programs;
  • Minimum of 3 years of related digital marketing experience required;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Experience in education field is an asset;
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and have strong analytical skills to forecast and identify digital marketing trends and challenges;
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team; and able to perform under pressure;
  • Ability to transform data into actionable insight;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Manage advertising budget up to 500M/ month
