
Michael Lomax
Raised and educated in the North-East of England, Michael completed a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising & Media from Northumbria University, Newcastle. Following graduation in 2012, he was employed for 5 years in the UK music events & hospitality industry as a Marketing & Events Manager. During this time, Michael continued to pursue his passion for marketing by undertaking a Master’s degree in Mass Communications Management, which he completed in 2013. In 2017, he moved into a corporate marketing management role for Parmley Graham Ltd, the largest industrial automation partner company for Siemens UK.
In 2019, Michael transitioned from industry to education as he arrived in Vietnam and began working as a teaching practitioner at the British University Vietnam, specialising in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing Management. Since joining in 2019, Michael has been teaching across a range of programmes where he brings a wealth of contemporary industry knowledge and practical know-how.
