The University of Stirling, the strategic key awarding partner of BUV, has achieved the prestigious AACSB accreditation, positioning it among the top 6% of business schools globally.
Upholding Global Excellence
The recent AACSB accreditation, placing the University of Stirling among the top 6% of business schools globally, signifies the highest quality standards in business programmes. AACSB International, the leading accrediting body for business schools globally, lauded the University of Stirling for its commitment to excellence in higher education.
AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) is renowned as the oldest and most prestigious accrediting body for business education, not only in the United States but also globally. This accolade, achieved after a rigorous approval process, further cements the University of Stirling’s reputation for innovation and impactful research. Professor Sir Gerry McCormac, Principal and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Stirling, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “Earning AACSB accreditation marks the beginning of another significant chapter for our university and Management School. The benefits of joining the AACSB community are immense, enriching our staff, students, partners, and the wider region we serve.”
