Assoc. Prof. Mike Perkins

Mike carried out his university studies at the University of York, UK, where he completed his undergraduate degree in Management. Following the completion of a project with the North Yorkshire Police on enhancing service level delivery, he carried out his PhD in Operations Management at the University of York, which was partially funded by the North Yorkshire Police. His thesis was focused on exploring public perceptions of policing in the UK and how these could be improved.

After completing his PhD, Mike moved to Vietnam in 2013, where he began working for BUV. He is currently the Head of Quality and Academic Development and a Senior Lecturer, teaching mainly in the School of Business.
