British University Vietnam (BUV) proudly announces the launch of the Visiting Senior Fellow of Practice (VSFP) initiative, an extension of the pioneering Visiting Professor Practice initiative that brings together top executives from leading corporations to the classroom.

Following the success of the Visiting Professor of Practice (VPP) initiative, through this programme, accomplished professionals will contribute their expertise and industry insights to support teaching, learning, student engagement, and research activities at the university.

The VSFP strengthens the vital connection between academia and industry, ensuring that students receive real-world knowledge and practical applications that enhance their career readiness. By engaging directly with students and faculty, senior industry leaders provide valuable mentorship, share current market trends, and co-develop academic initiatives that align with industry needs.

The VSFP assembly features esteemed executives from a wide range of industries, bringing valuable expertise from leading organisations, including:

  • Finance: ICAEW Vietnam, Kroll Vietnam, UHY Auditing and Consulting, EY Vietnam, Asia Commercial Bank (ACB), Vietcombank Fund Management, VPBank, Saigon-Hanoi Bank (SHB), Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Nguyen Tran Trung, Director of Core Assurance & Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) at EY Vietnam, expressed his enthusiasm about joining the programme, “It is an honor to be appointed as a Visiting Senior Fellow of Practice at British University Vietnam.
