POSITION PURPOSE

The Marketing & Sales Senior Officer will drive the recruitment strategy for BUV’s SoCIT programs (School of Computing and Innovative Technologies) by sourcing and engaging prospective students through recruitment strategies, networking, and effective sales consultations. This role requires building relationships with educational institutions and corporate partners to enhance lead generation and conversion into enrolments. The successful candidate will support recruitment events and collaborate with various other BUV teams to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process. By continuously improving sales processes and leveraging market insights, the Senior Officer will contribute to BUV’s growth and reputation as a premier educational institution.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Essential

• A personality and character that relishes a challenge, with proven innovative and creative problem solving skills needed to succeed and achive targets.
• Ability to work self-driven and as part of a team with passion and determination.
• Sales experience or a proven track record of relevant work experiences demonstrating student recruitment and/or sales ability.
• Ability and passion to create new ideas and strategies for marketing postgraduate programmes.\Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategies.
• Excellent consulting and presentation skills, with a strong sales aptitude, customer focus and ability for relationship building.
• Strong ability to build relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English

Desirable

• Study or working background from international universities in Vietnam or overseas
• Experience in working with professional database management/CRM systems is an advantage
• Understanding of Education: Familiarity with postgraduate education and the Vietnamese education landscape is a significant advantage.
