British University Vietnam (BUV) has expanded its global network by adding three new partner institutions. This growth boosts BUV’s international collaboration and underscores the increasing global recognition of its educational quality, providing students with exciting opportunities for international study, innovative learning experiences, and cultural exchange. 

New Exchange Destination to Netherlands: Windesheim University of Applied Sciences 

BUV students can now broaden their academic horizons through a newly established exchange programme with Windesheim University of Applied Sciences (WUAS), a renowned Dutch institution known for its innovative and practical approach to applied sciences. WUAS boasts a strong reputation among students and professionals alike, and its curriculum integrates real-world projects and internships, preparing graduates for immediate success in the workforce. This partnership adds a valuable new destination to BUV’s global exchange network, allowing students to gain international experience and global perspectives. BUV students will have the unique opportunity to explore courses across various disciplines, allowing them to choose subjects that align with their interests and broaden their academic expertise.

Postgraduate Opportunities at Singapore Management University  

For students seeking to further their academic pursuits after an undergraduate degree, BUV has partnered with Singapore Management University (SMU), a top-ranked university in Asia. SMU offers a world-class education with a strong emphasis on research and practical learning. Their curriculum incorporates an interactive and collaborative approach, fostering creativity and leadership skills crucial in today’s global economy. The newly signed progression agreement creates a clear pathway for BUV graduates to pursue various postgraduate study opportunities at SMU. This includes a pre-agreed direct admission route and the potential for scholarship opportunities.

BUV and Chung-Ang University’s Virtual Convergence College Forge New Official Partnership 

BUV and the Virtual Convergence College (Chung-Ang University, South Korea) officially solidified their partnership with a momentous Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony at BUV Campus. The ceremony was attended by Prof. Rick Bennett – Deputy Vice Chancellor and Vice President, BUV and Professor Jong Hyun Wi – Dean of the College cum President of the Korea Game Society, Chung-Ang University together with Senior Representatives from BUV’s School of Computing and Innovative Technology. This official MoU marks a significant step forward for BUV, particularly in fostering student collaboration, academic exchange and progression opportunities for students and faculty specializing in games and technology in Vietnam and Korea communities.
